I enjoyed the spacious room and the amazing views from my deck chair. The buffet breakfast had a good variety each day. Jumping on the free ski shuttle made it easy to hit the slopes, and the indoor pool was a nice touch for winding down.
The staff could have been friendlier. My toilet had a problem that needed fixing, and the response wasn't very warm.

The spacious room provided a comfortable place to unwind after exploring the beautiful Dolomites. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast that offered a wonderful selection of fresh items each morning. There was a nice bar area where I could relax with a drink at the end of the day, adding a fun touch to the experience. However, I encountered some issues with unfriendly staff when requesting room changes, and I felt that the breakfast table assignments were a bit odd, as there were plenty of available tables by the windows that could have made for a more enjoyable experience. Plus, the outdoor pool was disappointingly small and didn’t meet my expectations. All things considered, the stay had its highlights but could use some improvement in service and amenities.

The panoramic views outside the hotel really stood out, adding a nice touch to the stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a decent place to return after a day's adventure.
The check-in restrictions created confusion, especially with inconsistent times mentioned online and in emails. The parking situation felt awkward, with limited space available and a bit of a hill to navigate. One room had a toilet issue that needed fixing, and while it was resolved, the response to the request wasn’t very friendly. Overall, the experience didn’t feel welcoming and lacked some warmth that travelers usually appreciate.

Perfect Location for Seceda Exploration
During my stay, I loved the amazing location that was ideal for exploring Seceda. The room was quite spacious and comfortable, allowing us to relax after our adventures. Plus, the hotel provided a helpful bus pass, which made navigating South Tyrol a breeze. However, I wish the breakfast could have had more variety each day.

We loved how spacious the room was, and the good WiFi made it easy to stay connected while exploring the area. Plus, the swimming pool and garden area provided some great spots to unwind after a day out. The only hiccup was not being informed that the sauna was closed for maintenance, but it didn’t take away from our awesome experience! 😊

The stay at this location offered lovely panoramic views that added charm to the experience. The breakfast was a highlight with a delicious selection, but the staff's unwelcoming demeanor when facing issues like a malfunctioning toilet detracted from the enjoyment. Limited parking options and a somewhat dated room also impacted the overall comfort.
